Mrs. Iva A. Carruth, 81, of Bartlesville, died at 4:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the Heritage Villa Nursing Center.

Funeral services for Mrs. Carruth will be held at 10 A.M. Saturday in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.

Friends who wish may call for visitation at the Stumpff Funeral Home 9 A. M until 8 P.M. on Thursday and Friday.

Mrs. Carruth was born in Bartlesville on February 21, 1935 the daughter of Louis M. and Nellie Mae (Lagal) McClintock. She grew up and received her education in Bartlesville and graduated from College High School. She was employed at Applied Automation in Bartlesville in the late 1960's and early 1970's. She was married to Everett Harold Carruth on November 13, 1975 in Bartlesville. They made their home in Bartlesville and she assisted her husband in their home building business. Following their retirement, they spent their winters in Harlingen, Texas where she was active as a volunteer reader in the schools there. She loved to fish, work with crafts and being a "Granny".

Survivors include her husband, Everett H. Carruth of Bartlesville, one daughter, Regina Diller and husband Steve of Bartlesville, one sister, Betty Tucker of Bartlesville, one brother, Bill McClintock of Bartlesville, one granddaughter, Shannon Eckert and husband Donnie of Dewey and three great grandchildren, Michael Eckert, A.J. Eckert and Kaiden Eckert, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, six sisters and four brothers.
