Jacqueline "Jackie" Watkins Booth, 71, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died Friday, August 3, 2012 at Northwest Medical Center of Benton County in Bentonville, Arkansas. She was born February 3, 1941 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma the daughter of Jack and Beatrice Watkins.
She was an avid reader. She was a Girl Scout until about the age of 25 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She loved working and had been employed since age 16. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, and putting together puzzles. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church of Rogers, Arkansas.
She had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for over 9 years after moving from Bartlesville, Oklahoma where she was a longtime resident. She graduated from College High School in 1959. She was preceded in death by: her parents, one sister; Nancy Sue Baker, and one nephew Dustin Timbrook.
Jackie is survived by: her husband; Richard Booth, of the home whom she married March 29, 1980, two daughters; Mary Jo Griffin and her husband Brian, of Collinsville, Oklahoma, Kristi Pipher and her husband Dennis, of Carrollton, Texas, the father of Jackie's children; Odie "Butch" Newman, of Dewey, Oklahoma, three sisters; Diane Watkins Landers, of Marietta, Georgia, Mary Lou Banks and her husband Wesley, of Horton, Kansas, Kathy Rexwinkle and her husband Danny, of Nowata, Oklahoma, four grandchildren; Rachel, Tyler, Matthew, and Jacob.
Visitation will be: Monday, August 6, 2012 at Epting Funeral Home in Bentonville, Arkansas from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Services will be: Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church in Rogers, Arkansas with Rev. Zach Underwood officiating.
Honorary Pallbearers: Russell Holt, Jim Aldrich, Tim Mica, George Davis, and Bill Wolf.
Graveside service will be: Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Friends and Family will be gathering to Celebrate the life of Jackie following the graveside services at Grace-Epworth United Methodist Church at 706 E. 3rd Street, Bartlesville OK.
