Joan is survived by her children: William David Beard and wife Sharon of Granite Bay, CA, Stephen Albert Beard of Albuquerque, NM, Raleigh Elliott Beard of Forrest City, AR, daughter-in-law, Beatrice Beard of Pottstown, PA and son-in-law, John Seybold Jr. of Parker Ford, PA. She is also survived by her brother, David Charles Elliott and wife Cindy of Cody, WY and twin sister, Jean Julia Clark of Bartlesville. Joan was blessed with six grandchildren, one great grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Valerie Marie Seybold and brother-in-law, Don Clark.
