January 15, 1947 - August 8, 2023
On Tuesday, August 8, 2023, Frank Baker Jr. passed away peacefully and moved right into heaven. He was a treasured father and honored to be Osage Indian. Frank was born on January 15, 1947, in Bartlesville, Ok. An adventurous child from his youth, he enjoyed fishing, cattle herding, dirt-bike hill climbing, sports and many other activities. He was called "Duke" which was indicative of his commanding personality. As a child, he came to know Jesus, and throughout his entire life, whenever he prayed, healings and miracles followed him. He liked to tell the truth and was known for helping those who were down and out. He would give his last dollar to help someone in need.
On July 7, 1968, he married Donna, and together they raised two children, Joshua and Tracey. Frank worked in the field of information technology in various industries, including energy, transportation and more; helping to build infrastructures and computer systems, by which much of America operates today. As an adult, his adventurous spirit never faded; having a passion for Jeeps, motorcycles, fast sports cars, exploring new towns, chasing tornados and other fun experiences. In his retirement years, he enjoyed keeping up with the latest technology and watching movies. He loved dogs and took a special liking to German Shepherds.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents Frank Sr. and Dorothy, and his wife Donna. He is survived by his brother, David and his children, Tracey and Joshua.
