Harry Duane "Butch" Anderson, 59, resident of Bartlesville, died Friday, February 1, 2013.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 7, 2013, in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Dewey Cemetery under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory.
Harry Duane "Butch" Anderson was born June 20, 1953 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to Harry Marteen and Velma O. (Sams) Anderson. He was raised and received his education in Bartlesville and Overland Park, Kansas. Butch graduated high school at Overland Park in 1971. He returned to Bartlesville and was married to Jo Lynn Woolery in 1972. Butch worked for Junior Martin Painting and REDA Pump Company before beginning his career with Dunlap Construction where he worked for over thirty years.
Survivors include his wife Jo Lynn Anderson of the family home in Bartlesville one son Todd Duane Anderson and one daughter Trisha Lynn Sontag also of the family home; his mother Velma Allen; one brother Steve Anderson; two sisters Connie Blevins and Suzanne Foster all of Bartlesville and two granddaughters Isabel Lynn Sontag and Kelsey Jo Sontag.
Butch was preceded in death by his father.
