Karen Lynn Morgan 69, of Dewey OK died after a prolonged battle with cancer.
Karen was born to James Otis and Wilma Walker of Bartlesville, OK
August 29, 1948.
She graduated high school from College High in 1966. In 1969 she was married and
made her home in Wann, OK.
She had three children; Amy Asbell of Jasper, MO.
Susan (Carley) Engles of Bartlesville, OK and Frank Morgan Jr. of Wann, OK. She
has 5 grandchildren; Taylor Elliott of Aurora, CO, Sam Elliott of Jasper, MO.
Adam, Emily and Sarah Carley of Bartlesville, OK.
She was preceded in death by
her parents; James Otis and Wilma Walker,
her sisters; Velva Walker, Odessa Adams, Martha Mitchell and her grandson
Garrett Elliott.
Karen Was very active in her church, teaching Sunday school for many years and
also in her community helping all those around her in need.
She loved antiquing, a good game of Scrabble which she always lost to her sister
Odessa, and dominos which she always won especially if she kept score.
Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her 6 grandchildren. Karen will
be deeply missed by all those that knew her.
