Nina Phyllis Jack, 84, passed away April 5, 2017 at St. Johns
Medical Center in Tulsa.
Nina was born October 1, 1932 in Dewey, Oklahoma to Charles Angus Shull and Leta
Frances Holbrook.
Nina married Luther Jack in 1950. Luther (Johnnie) was in the Air Force so the
family lived in Germany, Japan and several places in the United States. The
couple had four children. Nina worked hard her entire life. She worked for
Jarboe Wholesale in Tulsa for 34 years and also for Woolworth in Bartlesville.
Nina is survived by two sons, Johnnie Jack and wife Debby of Wann, Oklahoma and
Jeffery Jack of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two daughters, Janet Brand and Leta Sue
Littlefield, both of Tulsa, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren, Kasha Edwards, Jason
Jack, Staycee Disney, Carrie McBryde, Jeremy Jack, William Brand, Jennifer Brand
Polk, Jared Littlefield and Kara Sue Littlefield and by seventeen
great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Luther (Johnnie) in 1981 and
five brothers and five sisters.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 2 PM at the Stumpff
Funeral Home Chapel with inurnment to follow at the Dewey Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Arthritis Foundation for
Juvenile Arthritis, Muscular Dystrophy Association, or to the AOMI CRON PI Tulsa
Business Women’s Sorority.
