The
heavens lit up with fireworks when Richard W. (Rick) Price left us
to join the heavenly hosts on July 4, 2013. Rick was a generous,
loving man who was passionate about life, and fought for it until he
answered God's call to his heavenly home.
Rick was born in Muskogee, OK on September 8, 1942.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Scott Lee and Corene (Holt) Price.
He is
survived by his wife, June, of the home; daughters Sheri Williams
and husband Scott, of Coweta, OK, and Sheila Wilson and husband
Keith, of Coweta, OK; brothers Jack Price of Owasso, OK and Jerry
Price of Broken Arrow, OK; grandchildren Amber, Austin, Levi, Faith,
Hannah, Chloe and Seth, and June's children Ginger Vass and husband
Kim of Norman, OK and Tom Gallaher of New York City and grandson
Pierce Spead.
Rick was loved for his many passions. He loved fishing, golf,
sunrises and sunsets, a perfect yard, his lake house and boat. He
loved and was devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren, and
his church family. Even though Rick threatened to retire for several
years, he could not let go of his BBB family. He loved his work and
the people there who enriched his life and whose lives were enriched
by his.
