Barbara Rackley, 73, was born March 10, 1947 in Sweetwater, Texas and moved to Muskogee as a toddler. She was the oldest of six children. At the age of 15, she married JR. Baughman, and at the age of 18, she gave birth to Kenneth Baughman.

Barbara married the love of her life Dale Rackley on May 22, 1975. Barbara was active in church at the Christian Center often playing, Mary in the Christmas Pageants. She was a talented piano player and singer, who often collaborating with family to perform in the Green Country Music Show. She enjoyed Elvis, Patsy Cline, and was an avid doll collector. Barbara worked as an LPN at Muskogee General, as a chiropractic aide and worked at Kmart until retiring to take care of her mom and sister at the end of their lives. Barbara adopted Barbie, Little Dale and Brent after her sister, Brenda, passed in 1988. Family was her life. Her husband, children, and grandchildren, were the center of her world. She passes away quietly at home June 9, 2020.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday June 16, 2020 at Bradley-Foster-Petering Funeral service.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Muskogee 1st Assembly with Brother. Steve Rose officiating.

Interment will follow in Three Rivers Cemetery in Okay.

Funeral service arrangements are under the direction of Bradley-Foster-Petering Funeral Home.
