Juanita Iona Rooks, 76, of Claremore, OK passed away Thursday, April 6, 2017 in Tulsa, OK. She was born August 7, 1940 in Colcord, OK to Pete McCombs and the former Marie Linn. She had lived in Claremore for the last 15 years having moved from the Grand Lake area. She was active with Claremore Senior Citizens and the Calvary Free Will Baptist Church.

She is survived by 2 daughters: Rita Hart and her husband Elzie of Collinsville and Beverly Tucker and her husband Marshal of Collinsville. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 2 husbands: Hubert Brannan and Jim Rooks, and her brother Roy McCombs.

Visitation is 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 6, 2017 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., April 7, 2017 at the Ridgelawn Cemetery with Bro. Tom Schulze officiating.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
