COLLINSVILLE, TULSA CO, OK

Roy Morgan Neighbors, 77, resident of Collinsville since 1968, passed away, Tuesday, October 25, 2016 in Owasso, OK.

He was born December 30, 1938 in Sallisaw, OK to Elmer and Rethel (Spencer) Neighbors. He retired from the Tulsa World in 2001 where he was a Pressroom Superintendent, served in the Army and was a member of the Baptist Tabernacle Church.

Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 28, 2016 at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Phillips officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery.

Mr. Neighbors is survived by his wife, Audrey of the home. 1 son: Roy Barton Neighbors and his wife, Jeri Dawn of Owasso. 2 grandchildren: Taylor Neighbors and Emma Neighbors of Owasso. 2 Brothers: Roger Neighbors of Collinsville and Jim Neighbors and his wife Betty of Gore, OK.

He is preceded in death by his parents, 1 brother, Albert Neighbors and 1 son, Randy Keith Neighbors.

Services are under the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home.
