December 27, 1934 - January 29, 2025
Rubin Henry Hearn, 90, of Owasso, OK passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2025, in Owasso. He was born to Ora Hassel and Mary (Evans) Hearn on December 27, 1934, in Tennessee.
Rubin Henry Hearn married Goldie on December 10, 1951, in Mississippi
He was a member of the Metro Pentecostal Church in Tulsa and the First United Pentecostal Church of Collinsville OK. He owned and operated Hearn's Body and Tire Shop and then H&H Warehouse and Manufacturing while working at American Airlines. He retired from American Airlines after 30 years of service.
Survivors include:
Two Sons: Ora (Debbie) Hearn, Jeff Hearn
Two Daughters Sheila (Darvin) Willhoite, Gaye Lynn Hearn
Grandchildren: Travis Willhoite and wife Kimberly, Brandon Hearn, Erin West and husband Ben and Taylor Hearn and wife Ashley.
Great Grandchildren: Haley West, Hudson West, Vaughn Hearn, Violet Hearn, Emma Willhoite
Rubin was preceded in death by his wife Goldie, his parents, 1 sister: Geraldine Hearn, and 2 brothers: Elston Hearn and Lee Hearn.
Visitation will be Friday, February 7, 2025, from Noon to 8:00 pm at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home with the family receiving guests from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 am, Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Metro Pentecostal Church, 5925 E 51st St, Tulsa, OK 74135 with Sr. Pastor Don Martin and Campus Pastor Kyle Holt officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgelawn Cemetery in Collinsville.
