Private burial followed at Park Grove Cemetery in Broken Arrow under the direction of Hayhurst Funeral Home.
Melissa Rene’ Arnold was born April 29, 1979 in Claremore, Oklahoma to Floyd R. and Ann R. (Deets) Arnold and died Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 30 years. She was a 1997 graduate of Union High School in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She also received her Associates Degree in Bio Chemistry from Tulsa Community College. A life long resident of Broken Arrow, she enjoyed puzzles, playing the piano and video games and spending time with her niece and nephew.
She is survived by her Mother, Ann and husband Mike Morson, Broken Arrow, OK; Father, Floyd and wife Phyllis Arnold , Catoosa, OK ; Fiancé’, Sean Edwards, Broken Arrow, OK ; Birth Mother, Terry Lynn Harjo, Okmulgee, OK ;Sisters, Suzanne and husband Stephen Ray, Broken Arrow, OK ,Frances Harjo, Okmulgee, OK ; Nephew, Braxton Allen Ray ; Niece, Gracie Lynn Ray.
