Louise Howard, the daughter of
John Foster and Mertie (Borders) Dudley, was born on October 8, 1909 in
Seymore, Missouri and departed this life on August 1, 2006 at her home
in Westville, Oklahoma at the age of 96 years, 9 months and 23 days.
Louise married the love of her
life, James Fredrick Howard, in August of 1930 and to this union one
child was born, James Foster Howard.
She was preceded in death by
her parents, her husband, James Fredrick Howard who passed away in April
of 2005, her son: James Foster Howard, 2 brothers: Homer and Cecil
Dudley and 2 sisters: Violet Martin and Nevada Bowman.
She is survived by a very
loving family that includes 1 daughter-in-law: Elsie Howard of
Westville, Oklahoma, 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 1
great-great grandchild, many friends, other relatives also survive her.
Funeral services were held
Friday, August 4, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in the Roberts Funeral Chapel with
Sister Dorothy Smith officiating.
Committal services were held at 2:00 p.m. in the Memorial Park Cemetery,
Tulsa, Oklahoma under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home of
Westville.
