He has gone home to his wife Lou, his daughter, Phyllis Jackson, his grandson, Alan Jackson, his mother and father, one brother, three sisters, two son-in-laws, Walt Highfill and Jimbo Robbins.
His memory will be cherished by his surviving family, daughters Gwen Highfill of Owasso, OK, Jan Campbell of Jenks, OK, Debra Boyd and husband David of Bixby, OK, and Lisa Robbins of Catoosa, OK. He will live on in his ten grandchildren, Brian Boyd, Megan Edmonds, Paul Boyd, Kevin Highfill, Sara Campbell, Jimmy Robbins, Scott Campbell, Tiffany Highfill, Stephen Campbell, and Krista Robbins. He also leaves 19 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends and loved ones too numerous to mention.Funeral services for George Browning Fellers will be held on Friday, April 23rd, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Southside Baptist Church with Pastor Joe Sunburg officiating. Pallbearers for George include Brian Boyd, Paul Boyd, Kevin Highfill, Jimmy Robbins, Scott Campbell, and Steven Campbell.
His honorary pallbearers include Jace Robbins, Aiven Robbins, Tim Darrow, and Micah Highfill.
His family will have a visitation on Thursday, April 22nd, 2021 beginning at 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
He will be laid to rest at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, OK.
