Services for Edna Arlene Pugh Phillips, 83, were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday at Tulsa Hills Baptist Church, Tulsa, Okla., with The Rev. Troy Hayes and The Rev. Mike Capps officiating. Arrangements were entrusted to Daniel C. Schaudt of Schaudt's Glenpool Funeral Service & Cremation Care.
Mrs. Phillips was born Oct. 30, 1924, to John Pugh and Ernie V. Rose Pugh. She died Saturday, Oct. 11, 2008. She married Raymond Phillips and lived in Jenks for most of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her brother, Raymond Fields of Muse, Okla. and her son, Raymond Allen Phillips.
She is survived by her children, Dennis Phillips and his wife, Sandy of Fredericksburg, Texas, Karen Laust and her husband, Tom of Glenpool, Velma Bright and her husband, David of Bixby, and Bobby Phillips of Tulsa; her brother, Percy and his wife, Evelyn Fields of Collinsville; sisters, Edith Brown of Jenks, Faye Carter of Jenks, and sister in-law, Esther Fields of Muse; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
