Charles Edward Morrison, 80, of Collinsville passed away on Friday, August 16, 2019 in Tulsa, OK.
Charles was born on August 3, 1939 in Granbury, TX to William "Bill" and Thelma Morrison. He was the oldest of four children, including his 2 brothers and 1 sister. He retired from Waste Management where he would change the huge tires and work on the trucks. Charles enjoyed spending time with his family, often telling them stories of growing up. He loved talking about trains, old cars and old westerns. Charles could often be found sitting on the porch, enjoying a cup of coffee, and watching the cars go by. He was loved by his family and friends, and will be greatly missed.
Charles is survived by 9 children; 18 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Charlene Virginia Morrison; his son Larry Badgett; his brothers, Arvil and Mike Morrison; and his sister, Mary Ann Morrison.
