Paper: Muskogee Daily Phoenix and Times-Democrat (OK)
Deceased: Gavin Michael James Cuthill
Date: February 4, 2015

Gavin Michael James Cuthill, born January 31, 2004, was granted his angel wings on February 1, 2015. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he was the first born son to Kelly Sherwood and Michael Cuthill. He is preceded in death by his brother Ayden Luke Cuthill. He is survived by siblings Stephanie Williams, Gracie Yochum and Ashton Cuthill.

Gavin will be dearly missed by mom: Kelly Knapp; dad: Mike Cuthill; siblings: Stephanie Wiliams, Gracie Yochum, and Ashton Cuthill; grandparents: Mike and Cindy Grannemann, David Knapp Sr., Nancy Wright, and Wayne Cuthill; great-grandparents: Chuck and JoAnn Young; aunts and uncles: David Knapp Jr. and Kristy, Crystal and Shawn Wilson, Valerie and Justin Barber, Shelli Grannemann, Micki Garrison, Jessica Garrison, Richard and Kathy Wright, and Jessica Wright, and numerous cousins and extended family.

Gavin had the most beautiful blue eyes and the sweetest smile. Although he couldn't say it, he was able to show that he loved you with his gentle touch. He had such a silly and playful personality. Always on the move and always had toys and movies playing. Veggie Tales was his favorite thing, just under getting hugs and kisses.

Gavin was a very loved and special little boy who touched many lives, even if he didn't meet you in person. He could put a smile on your face no matter what your mood, and you knew instantly that your life would forever be changed for the better. He was an inspiration to so many through his courage and strength. There was no doubt how earned the name Super G.

Visitation will be 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Thursday, February 5, 2015, at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Mom and Dad will be present, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM, Thursday, February 5, 2015, at Floral Haven Funeral Home.

A celebration of life will be held Friday, February 6, 2015 at 12:30 PM, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel. Everyone should wear bright and bold colors for the celebration. Please be comfortable, as if you would be going to play with him. A reception at the family center at Floral Haven will take place from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM. ( Please drop off food for reception prior to celebration).

G-Man's family has asked that instead of flowers, bring new toys, books or blankets for the children at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, in Gavin's honor. The toys can be brought to Floral Haven Funeral Home during visitation and the celebration. Then the family will take them to the hospital.
