She was preceded in death by her husband Willard Dean Franks.
She leaves behind daughters Wilda Grill, Carol Carter and one son Willard Franks. She was loved by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Family graveside rites will be Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Fairview Cemetery in Owasso at 10:00 a.m.Services are under
the direction of Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home, (918) 371-2111.

Willard Dean Franks, 87, of Turley, OK, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2008.
He was born February 6, 1921 to Joel Roderick Franks and Lillie Jenkins Franks. He served in the Army Airforce and was Honorably Discharged in 1945. He met Lucille Wagoner in 1946 and they married June 21, 1947.
He is survived by his wife Lucille of the home. 3 Children: Wilda Grill of Broken Arrow, OK., Carol Carter of Pryor, OK and Willard Lee Franks of the home. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren, 1 sister: Iva Jo Collins of California, and many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at the Fairview Cemetery in Owasso, OK with Rev. Helmer Johnson officiating.
Services are under the direction of Collinsville, Dolton Funeral Home.
