Camp Cemetery

The Camp Cemetery was established by the Camp Baptist church in 1907. It is located on a two acre plot, on land which was homesteaded by Andy Jackson

On December 9, 1947, the community Cemetery Association was formed to work in conjunction with the Willing workers Home Demonstration Club for the purpose of improving the Camp Cemetery. The following officers and directors were unamiously elected: President - Pete Lundsford; Vice-President - Russell Weeks; Sec/Treasurer - Franklin Lunsford; Directors: George Nelson, Clarence Weeks, Si Holder and Roy Beer.

On January 16, 1956, Application for Articles of Incoporation for a Corporation to be called: Camp Cemetery, Incorporated and the Certificates of Incorporaiton from the state of Oklahoma was issued on January 20, 1956. Signed: Andy Anderson, Sec. of State and Jeff Wendell, Assit. Sec. of State
