William "'Cleo" Harris
Wm. "Cleo" Harris, age 87, died Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at an El Reno hospital after a sudden illness.
He was born August 11, 1921 at Wilson, OK to Earl and Vivian [Chumley] Harris. He grew up in OK and TX and lived many years in Lawton, OK. He was a dry cleaner by trade and later in life worked in maintenance at OKC University and Moore/Norman Vo Tech.
He moved to OKC in the late 70's and to Mustang in 2006.
Cleo proudly served in the US Navy during WWII.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Lester.
Survivors include his wife of nearly 62 years, Eula Faye of the home, two sons Dennis Harris and wife Charlene of Yukon, David Harris and wife Deborah of Bonita Springs, FL, two brothers Rodney and Billy Harris both of Denton, TX, three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1pm on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at the Chapel of The Good Shepherd at McNeil's Mustang Funeral Service, Mustang, OK with interment to follow at Marlow Cemetery, Marlow, OK.
