Edna Darlene [Doyle] Morgan

Edna Darlene Morgan, 70, of Duncan died Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2003, in Wilkins Nursing Center.

Service will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Carter-Smart Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Southerland officiating. Burial will be in Duncan Cemetery.

The family will receive visitors from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Edna Darlene was born April 24, 1933, in Duncan to Clyde and Ruby Gray Doyle.

She married Slim Morgan on Oct. 15, 1990, in Ravia, and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Morgan was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Mike and Tammy Pierce and Ronnie Pierce, all of Duncan; a daughter, Cindy Reinecke of Duncan; a brother, Kenneth Doyle of Duncan; two sisters, Louise Sain and Clara Mae Rooker; six grandchildren, Lori, Michael and Amber Pierce, Sarah Thompson, Leah Meadows and Tammy Thompson; and eight great-grandchildren, Taylor Meadows, Truman Meadows, Janet Lundholm, Nick Lundholm, Rachell Lundholm, Bobby Lundholm, Chandra Thompson and Devon Thompson.

She was also preceded in death by her parents.

Bearers will be Bill Caudill, Terry Caudill, Keith Caudill, Floyd Wiggins, Steve Stapp and Kenny Stapp.
