© The Duncan Banner Duncan, OK December 18, 1908, p 7, Col 4 Eliza Jane [Harwell] Little Eliza Jane Harvell was born in Tennesee Nov 14, 1852. At the age of six years she moved with her parents to Wood Co,TX and was married to J.T Little in Cook County, that state, May 4, 1873, moving to the Indian Territory in the fall of 1884. She was the mother of 10 children, three of whom died in infancy. Seven are still living, all married except two boys and one girl. The body was laid to rest in the Pasmore graveyard near Velma. Reinterred to Duncan Municipal Cemetery 19 August 1943. |
