May 11, 2000 Joanna Ruth [Shults] Lee After a long battle with cancer, Joanna Ruth Lee left this life and went to be with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on May 11, 2000. Joanna was the 1st born child of Lester L. & Myrtle B. Hodges Shults. She was born March 3, 1939 in Duncan, OK. Joanna was a faithful member of Calvary Church of the Nazarene, Bethany, OK. She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Tommy E. Shults, and they are celebrating with her in Heaven. She is survived by a daughter & son-in-law, Debbie & Ron StCyr, Yukon, OK, a daughter & son-in-law, Donna & Harry Kimball, Ellenwood, GA, a daughter & son-in-law, Denise & Timmy Lucas, Yukon, OK; a son & daughter-in-law, Mike & Merri Lee, Tuttle, OK; 11 grandchildren: Mandy & Lynsi StCyr, Josh, Jamie, Charlie & Caleb Osborn, Cory, Stacey & Sarah Joanna Lucas, and Patrick & Amber Lee; her mother, Myrtle B. Shults, Duncan, OK; sister & brother-in-law, Marie & Dale Lansford; sister, Quetha Ross; 2 brothers & sisters-in-law, Leon & Jennell Shultsand Lyndol & Linda Shults, all of Duncan; a very special friend, N.E. "Nick" Nickell; 6 nieces & 3 nephews; and a host of church friends & relatives. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Visitation will be from 7-9 p.m. Fri., May 12, at the funeral home. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Sat., May 13, at Calvary Church of the Nazarene, Bethany, OK, with interment at 2:00 p.m. in the City of Duncan Municipal Cemetery. |
