© Mercer-Adams Funeral Home Bethany, Oklahoma November 30, 2000 George Leonard Lawson George Leonard Lawson, 57, of Duncan died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2000, in Duncan. Service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Don Grantham Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Southerland officiating. Burial will be in the Duncan Cemetery. Mr. Lawson was born Sept. 14, 1943, in Visalia, Calif., to Leonard and Isabelle Rockwell Lawson. He married Betty Hancock Hendricks. He later married Epsy Pulliam and she preceded him in death on Nov. 30, 2000. He was an independent concrete finisher, retiring in 1990 Survivors include four sons and daughters-in-law, Kenny and Sherry Lawson of Loco, George Leonard Jr. and Dolly Lawson and Chris and Tonya Lawson, all of Comanche and Tim and Shanda Lawson of Duncan; and three grandchildren. |
© Mercer-Adams Funeral Home Bethany, Oklahoma November 30, 2000 Epsy Pulliam Lawson Epsy Pulliam Lawson, 58, of Duncan, OK, died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2000 in Oklahoma City. Service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 4th, at Christ Community Church, 5949 NW 39th, Bethany, under the direction of Mercer - Adams Funeral Home, followed by interment in Duncan Cemetery. Epsy was born April 28, 1942 to Tom T. & Louisa Pulliam of Duncan, OK. Survivors include husband, George Lawson of the home; daughter, Teresa Moradi, of Bethany; & two sons, Mark "Bucky" Cecil and Tim Lawson & wife, Shanda, of Duncan. She also had six grandchildren: Candice & Brandon Moradi, Rachel, Stephanie & Gage White and Billie Jo Cecil; a sister, Pat Fixico, of Bethany; a brother, Elliott Pulliam, of Lawrence, KS and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, two sisters, one daughter, Shelly White, and one grandson, Jeremy White. Epsy was loved very much & will never be forgotten. |
