Cassie Ruth [Buchanan] Bullen

Cassie Ruth Buchanan-Bullen lost her battle with cancer on May 21 in her home in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

She was the daughter of Fitch and Lizzie Buchanan of Chickasha.

She owned restaurants in Duncan, Ardmore & Newcastle. Ruth loved her roses and raised African Violets. Her motto in life was " A hug never hurts anything."

She is survived by her husband, Tom; Daughter, Linda Morrison and husband Gordon of Bartlesville. Oklahoma; Two sisters, Elsie Hall and husband Freddie of Crescent, Oklahoma; Myrtie Crumm of Chickasha; Two brothers, David Buchanan of Chickasha; Paul Buchanan and wife Margaret of Lake Jackson, Texas; Four Grandsons; One Granddaughter; Five Great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, May 24, 2007 at Ferguson Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Duncan Cemetery, Duncan, Oklahoma.
