Ray "Teddy" Eubanks, 60, of Hackett, AR, passed away Sunday, August 5, 2007, in a local hospital.

He was born January 2, 1947 in Fort Smith, AR to Albert Burnett Eubanks and Viola Ann Corbit Eubanks.
He was a truck driver for Arkhola Sand and Gravel. He was a Baptist, 32nd Mason and member of the Muldrow Masonic Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Burnett and Ola Eubanks, sister Anna Shelton and brother Albert Eubanks.

Funeral service will be Thursday, August 9, 2007, at Eastside Freewill Baptist Church in Muldrow, OK with Rev. Anthony Williams officiating.

Burial will be at Roland Cemetery in Roland, OK under the direction of Edwards Funeral home in Fort Smith, AR.
 
He is survived by two daughters; Angela Eubanks Ketcher and husband Chuck of Stilwell, OK and Tatum Benge and companion Jerry Ross of Sallisaw, OK, three sons; Shannon Eubanks and wife Rhonda of Stilwell, OK, Stacey Eubanks and wife Shawnna of Tahlequah, OK and Shelby Eubanks of Stilwell, OK, two sisters; Pat Parks and huband Grady of Benton, AR and Peggy Ogdon of Muldrow, OK, seventeen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
