The graveside service for Sandra Charlene Boyd Whisennand, 48, of Helena, will be 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, 2008, in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Vian. The Rev. Reggie Kelly will officiate. Arrangements are by Lanman Funeral Home Inc., Helena. Family visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
She was born July 17, 1960, in Oklahoma City to Charles Luther and Patricia Patterson Boyd and died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008, at her home.
She spent her childhood in Vian and attended high school in Hugoton, Kan., where she married her first husband. She later married Ralph "Casey" Whisennand. She spent her remaining years in Enid.
Surviving are her mother and stepfather, Patricia and Allen Sweigart of Chanute, Kan.; three daughters, Misty Cumpton of Vian, Adra Notarianni, and Bonnie Jean Whisennand of Linesville, Penn.; four sisters, Tammy Darlene Free of Cherokee, Emma Kelly, Sharon Armer and Vivian Phillis of Vian; three brothers, Wayne Boyd of Oklahoma, David Boyd of Lahoma, and Darrell Boyd of Enid; former husband, Ralph Casey Whisennand of Linesville, Pa.; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father and one brother.
