Loretta "Joan" (Hollis) Gillham, 76-year-old longtime Tecumseh, Oklahoma, resident, passed from this life Thursday Nov. 23, 2017, in Midwest City, Oklahoma.

She was born Oct. 21, 1941 in Purcell, Oklahoma to parents Clarence Hollis and Florence (Hughes) Hollis.

Joan worked as a waitress at the Arrow Café in Tecumseh for several years.

On May 2, 1990, Joan married Paul Ray Gillham in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Joan enjoyed going fishing, taking trips to the lake, spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Paul Gillham of the home; three sons, Rick Taylor and his wife LaNell of Rush Springs, Oklahoma, Tyre Love and his wife Mary of Shawnee, Oklahoma, Steve Gillham and his wife Jennie of Shawnee, Oklahoma; two daughters, Paula Huff of Tecumseh, Oklahoma, Sherrie Gillham of Shawnee; seven grandchildren, Ricky Taylor, Bradley Huff, Brady Huff, Luke Love, Misty Gillham, Paul Gill-ham II, Jonathan McCracken; five great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and dear friends.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Florence Hollis, two brothers, Richard Hollis and Clifford Hollis. She is also preceded in death by four sisters, Irene Jeffcoat, Evelyn Bourbonnais, Frances McCormick and Hester Hanley.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 28, at Swearingen Funeral Home Chapel in Seminole, Oklahoma with Lonnie Hurst officiating the service. Interment will follow at Wolf Cemetery.

Casket Bearers will be: Brad Huff, Brady Huff, Rick Taylor, Tyre Love, John Gokey and Steve Gillham.

Services are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
