Services for Norman Paul “Pete” Duncan, 76, of Ada are 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 12, 2022 at the Southwest Church of Christ, Floyd Kaiser and David Dirrim will officiate. Burial will follow at Vamoosa Cemetery.

Mr. Duncan died Monday, May 9, 2022 at his home. He was born April 28, 1946 in Ada to Norman Vincent and Anna Marie Martin Duncan. He graduated from Ada High School.

He married Jackie Ann Killian on April 18, 1965 in Ada. Mr. Duncan retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. after 36 years of service. He was an Eagle Scout, active in prison ministry, a member of the Church of Christ, Adult Bible Class teacher, CWA Representative and served in the U. S. National Guard.

Survivors include his wife, Jackie Duncan, of the home; three daughters, Rolanda Ann Smith and husband Ron, Shawnee, Karen Marie Duncan and fiance’ Tim Barrett and Barbara Kay Seals and husband Reggie; a sister, Peggy Dianna Duncan, Denton, TX; eight grandchildren, Kalie Scribner and husband Dane, Ada, Bryce Smith and Kelsi Williams, Edmond, Cole Potter and Des Blankenship, Ada, Geordan Smith, Shawnee, Deion Seals, Delanie Seals and Jackie Seals, Ada; one great-grandson, Harbor Krewe Scribner; two nephews, Justin Walker and John Walker, both of Denton, TX.

Bearers will be Bryce Smith, Cole Potter, Dane Scribner, Ron Smith, Reggie Seals and Jackie Seals. Honorary bearers will be Justin Walker, Tim Barrett, Geordan Smith and John Walker.
