SEMINOLE, Okla. —
Seminole resident Sylvia Ann Forson, 74, died on Thursday, Jan. 8, 2009.
Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. on Tuesday Jan. 13, 2009, at the First Baptist Church in Seminole under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery.
