Ronald "Ronnie" Wayne McCants

A Celebration of Life service for Ronald "Ronnie" W. McCants, age 69, of Enid, will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 7, 2017, in the Ladusau-Evans chapel with the Rev. Bobby Hall officiating.

Burial was in the Little Cemetery, Little, OK, under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home.

Ronnie was born September 17, 1948, in Wewoka, OK, to Dan and Jerri Moore McCants, and passed away at his home October 3, 2017, after a brief illness.

He attended and graduated from Sasakwa High School. He enlisted in the U. S. Air Force and served until he took a medical discharge.

Ronnie married Deborah Jo Way on August 20, 1977, in Ada, OK. They moved to Enid in 1978, where Ronnie worked in the oil field for his entire life as a contractor.

Ronnie is survived by his wife of the home, two sons, Justin McCants, and Jesse McCants and wife Katie, grandchildren Logan and Callie McCants, all of Enid, brother Danny McCants of Little Rock, AR; and many other uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lee and Jonelle Way.

Memorials may be made to the Hospice Circle of Love, with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home as custodian of the funds.
