Stacie L. Shrier
April 8, 1974 - June 2, 2021

Services celebrating and remembering the life of Stacie LeeAnn Shrier will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 10, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Chelsea. Burial will follow at Chelsea Cemetery under the direction of DeLozier Funeral Service. Visitation will be 3-7, Wednesday at the funeral home, with family receiving visitors from 5-7. Stacie passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. She was 47.

Born in Claremore, OK on April 8, 1974 to Larry and Janna (Winton) Couch, Stacie was raised and educated in Chelsea. She graduated from Chelsea High School with the Class of 1992. On September 26, 1992, Stacie married the love of her life, John "Chubs" Shrier, in Chelsea, at the First Assembly of God. Their union was gifted with two daughters, Amber and Kimberlee. Stacie helped add to the family finances working for Claremore Regional Hospital as an admitting clerk for over 20 years.

Stacie loved being with kids. Her family said it was possible she appreciated their company more than adults. She not only raised her children and helped raise her grandchildren but was involved in the lives of countless other children that just needed to be loved and cared for. A lady with several interests and pastimes, Stacie liked to fish. She always had her pole and worms in the car and was always looking for that perfect spot to cast her pole. Stacie enjoyed doing yard work whether it be weed eating or just tending to her garden and flowers. Stacie coached girls' softball and looked forward to the week-long family reunions. According to her family she was a consignor of Mt. Dew, preferring it over any other beverage. They also mentioned that she had an addiction to her cell phone but just never seemed to answer it when you called her. No story about Stacie would be complete unless you mentioned her favorite dog, Molly. She was a boxer that brought her a lot of entertainment over the years.

Stacie will leave a legacy that will live on not only the lives of her family but in her many friends as well. Stacie is survived by her husband, Chubs, children, Amber Shoemaker and husband Joseph, Kimberlee Shrier, Denise Budde, Malachi Williams, Urriah Williams, Ayriana Williams, Ayrial Budde, Madison Huff and husband David and Lindsey Jackson, grandchildren, Olivia Shoemaker, Amelia Shoemaker, Eliza Huff and Davi Tanner, parents, Larry and Janna Couch, brother, Shawn Couch, sisters, Starla Couch and husband Jerry Coen, Sabrina Simmons and husband Travis, mother-in-law, Rose Abram, brother-in-laws, Tim Carlock and Don Graham and wife Nancy and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Stacie was preceded in death by her sister, Shannon Carlock, grandparents, Earl and Wanda Couch and Bill and Wanda Winton and father-in-law, J.C. Abram.
