Charles Everett Scrivner was born on April 2, 1947 to Martin and Ethel Stewart Scrivner. He passed away on September 23, 2000 in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the age of 53 years, 5 months and 20 days.

Charles graduated from Reydon High School in 1966 and attended Sayre Junior College.

After college, he moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and went to work for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol as a dispatcher.

Later he was transferred to Muskogee where on May 3, 1974 he married Myrna Brandt.

In 1990 he retired from the OHP and went to work for Sooner Salvage in Muskogee.

In 1997, he became employed by Budget Imports in Tulsa and was employed there until his death.

His grandparents, his father, Martin; his brother, Benny; his son-in-law, Brad Willis; his father-in-law; and great nephews preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife Myrna of the home; his daughter Lori Wallis and granddaughter Brandi of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his mother Ethel; two sisters, Coell Smith; Joann and husband Charles Beeson, all of Sayre, Oklahoma; his mother-in-law, Jewel Brandt; and several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Services were held on September 26, 2000 in the Chapel of Bradley Funeral Home in Muskogee.

Graveside services were held on October 1, 2000 in White Rose Cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
