Jane Evelyn Myers was born October 6, 1872 at Casey, Iowa, and passed away in Strong City, May 15, 1962, at the age of 89 years, 7 months and 9 days, after an extended illness.

She was married to John A. Myers, September 15, 1890 at Stanton, Nebraska.

She was precded in death by her husband, a step-son, Bert Myers; a step-daughter, Lottie Stuart; her parents; four brothers and five sisters.

She is survived by five daughters, Katie Candill of Clatskanie, Oregon; Maudie Harrison of Reydon; Minnie Bauman of Garfield, Arkansas; Vina Wickens of Strong City; Volet Burns of Reydon; and six sons, Andy Myers of Elk City; Lee Myers of Loves Park, Illinois; Charlie Myers of Elk City; George Myers of Cheyenne; Ernest Myers of Reedley, California; Royal Myers of Pampa, Texas; forty grandchildren and sixty nine great grandchildren.

Services for Mrs. Myers were conducted at the Church of the Nazarene in Cheyenne with Rev. J. T. Gassett and Rev. Bill Ray ministers in charge.

Burial was in the White Rose cemetery, Reydon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Fatheree-Albert Funeral Home of Erick.
