Funeral services were held for Dennis Lee Bonser Saturday, February 12, 1977, at 2:00 p.m. in the Crawford School Auditorium with Rev. Ray Smart and Rev. Clyde Denney officiating.
Dennis was born August 15, 1956 at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri and was killed in an auto accident, February 10, 1977.
He moved as a child with his parents to Fairbanks, Alaska; then in 1971 they moved to Durham.
He attended high school at Reydon.
At the time of his death he was employed in the oil field.
Survivors are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Bonser of Crawford; one brother, Robert Nehlon Bonser of the home; four sisters, Phyllis Joan Bonser of Clinton; Linda Diane Harper of Houston, Texas; Anita Joy Bonser and Valerie Joel Bonser both of the home; one grandmother, Mrs. Minnie Bonser of Cheyenne; one great grandmother, Mrs. Ollie Archer of Cheyenne; and one nephew and niece.
Pallbearers were Jessie Scrivner, Faron Hyman, Scott McCoy, Gene Suttle, Gary Leonard and Billy Dyer.
Interment was in the Silent Home Cemetery, Roll, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
