Colonel Mark Everett Clem was born June 23, 1957 in Borger, Texas and passed away July 7, 2004.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, he worked for the Federal Reserve Bank for 21 years. He presently held the position of Assistant Vice President over Operations.
He also served as Colonel and Wing Commander of Oklahoma Air National Guard at Will Rogers Airport giving them 29 years of service.
His volunteer services included United Way Allocations, Partners in Education and student tutoring at Dunbar Elementary.
He is survived by his parents, Jimmy Ruth Gilbert and Floyd and Sue Clem of Leedey, Oklahoma; his children, Andrea, Alexia, Autumn, Evan and their mother Suzanne; his siblings, Janise Bly of Oklahoma City; Amy and Brian Sanders of Okemah; Jon Michael and Pam Clem of Yukon; and Judson Brodersen of Oklahoma City; his grandparents, Orra and Lee Martin of Leedey, Oklahoma; and a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations maybe be made to The Children's Center, 6800 NW 39th Expressway, Bethany, Oklahoma, 73008.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, July 10, 2004 at the North Colonial Chapel of Vondel Smith Mortuary at 13125 North McArthur, Oklahoma City, with committal in Shirley Cemetery near Leedey at 3:30 p.m.
