William Perry Spillman, 88, passed away in Weatherford Hospital, Wednesday morning, January 13, 1965.
Mr. Spillman homesteaded near the Nine Mile School 64 years ago.
He later drove a freight team for Herring and Young from Elk City to Canadian City, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Adeline in 1949.
He leaves to mourn his passing, two daughters, Mrs. Jewel Ashworth of La Crosse, Wisconsin; Mrs. Ruby Orgain of Redmond, Oregon; and one son, Glen Spillman of Weatherford, Oklahoma; as well as other relatives and many friends.
Services will be held at Martin Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
Burial will be in Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
