Funeral Services for Tommy Price were conducted Monday, May 11, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. from the Martin Funeral Home Chapel of Elk City with Dana Holden officiating. Interment followed in the Red Hill Cemetery, Hammon, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of Martin Funeral Home of Elk City.
Tommy Gordon Price was born June 2, 1940, at Sneedville, Tennessee to Drewery Lonnie and Ethel Trent Price and passed away Friday, May 8, 2009, at the age of 68.
He came to western Oklahoma wth his family as a teenager.
Tommy was married to Agnes Reed on October 7, 1961.
He farmed and also worked highway construction before working for High Plains Services retiring in 2002, due to his health.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Tommy Dale Price; one brother and two sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Agnes Price of the Elk City home; five children, Terry Price of Allis, Wisconsin; Janice Villanueva of Magnolia, Texas; Connie Villanueeva of Magnolia and Carol Baggett of Montgomery, Texas; seventeen grandchildren, two great grandchildren, two brothers, James Price of Antlers, Oklahoma; and L. C. Price of Elk City, Oklahoma; and two sisters, Zelma Ruth Smith of Harrah, Oklahoma and Brenda Ragsdale of Okarche, Oklahoma.
