been fatally wounded in a car accident near Seiling, Oklahoma. The exact
details of the accident are not known yet, but it seems that Mr. Dugger's
car collided with another motor vehicle, either a car or a bus. The
accident occurred about three o'clock, Thursday afternoon.
Mr. Dugger was
taken to Woodward to a hospital where he died about three hours later.
Richard, his son, about ten years old, who was with him was not hurt.

Mrs. Rice is in
Hammon at the present time while Mr. Rice went on to Woodward.

As a parent, Mr. Dugger was idolized and his counsel will be greatly
missed by him.
