Mahlon Lee "Jack" Driver was born March 18, 1941 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Mary Ann and Joe Cephas Driver.
He is survived by his wife, Patty of the home; son, Scott Driver and wife, Belinda of Custer City, Oklahoma; two step daughters, Lisa Hill and husband Freddie of Elk City, Oklahoma; and Sue Barett of Folsom, California; his mother, Mary Ann Driver of Elk City, Oklahoma; three grandsons, Robert Driver, Scott Driver, Jr. and Joseph Driver; five step grandchildren, Brock Walker, Blake Walker, Tres Hill, Caitlin Barett and Brendon Barett; one great grandson, Bryson Creed Driver; one brother, Ronnie Driver and wife, Sandy of Elk City, Oklahoma; two sisters, Paulette Walker and husband, Kenny and Rita Dodd and husband, Jim, both of Hammon, Oklahoma; two nieces, Rhonda Kay Smith and husband, Keith and Elizabeth Goodman and husband, Scott; three nephews, Bryan Walker and wife, Lynn; Justin Walker and wife, Starla; Josh Dodd; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 21, 2012 at Community Fellowship Assembly Of God Church in Hammon, Oklahoma officiated by Dolan Ivy.
Burial will follow at Red Hill Cemetery under the direction of Whinery-Savage Funeral Service.
