Funeral services for Joshua Don Biswell were conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. from the A. G. Creach Hammon School Auditorium with Rev. Gerald Biswell and Rev. J. V. Lobaugh officiating.
Burial will follow in the Red Hill Cemetery, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma under the direction of the Martin Funeral Home of Elk City.
Joshua was born August 24, 1981 in Cushing to Gerald and Martha Kay Cooper Biswell and died Friday at the age of 18.
He lived in Warwick, Asher, Altus, Boise City and Binger before moving to Hammon in 1997. He followed his family while his father served churches as a pastor.
He was a senior at Hammon High School and was a active member of the First Baptist Church of Hammon.
Survivors include his parents, Geral and Kay Biswell of the Hammon home; one sister, Jade Biswell of Hammon; two brothers, Jeremy Biswell of Weatherford and Jacob Biswell of Hammon; maternal grandparents, Richard and Martha Thomas of Arcadia; paternal grandfather, Gerald Biswell and his wife Wynema of Stroud, Oklahoma; paternal grandmother, Mildred Nugent of Lolton; his girlfriend, Carie Thomas of Hammon and many other relatives and friends.
