Fred James Trout was born July 14, 1953 in Pampa, Texas to Rossie Mae Anderson and Elbert "Pood" Sherman Trout and passed away June 8, 1998 in his home at the age of 44 years, 10 months and 24 days.
Fred graduated from Reydon High School in 1971.
In July of 1972 he married Sue Owen, and to this union two beautiful daughters, Susan and Crystal were born.
Fred worked hard to raise his family with good values and an honest man's way of life.
He lived in Reydon before moving to Mobeetie and later to Wheeler, Texas to make his home.
Fred had worked in the oil field for a number of years as a pumper and in oil field service. He was a rancher at heart and loved his cattle and horses.
He was preceded in death by his father and one nephew.He is survived by two daughters, Susan and Shawn Carlson of Elk City, Oklahoma; and Crystal Trout of Reydon, Oklahoma; and friend Randy McEntire of Sweetwater, Oklahoma; his mother, Rossie Trout of Reydon, Oklahoma; one sister, Manetta Pierson of Elk City, Oklahoma; and a host of other relatives and friends.Services were at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 10, 1998 at the Reydon Community Building.Interment was in the Mobeetie Cemetery under the direction of Rose Chapel Funeral Service.
