Died Sunday, February 19, 1899, O. M. Stebeck, aged 56 years.

Deceased was a helpless cripple who arrived in Cheyenne about 6 weeks ago with a wife and three small children.

Having no means of support and being incapable of work--the family was taken care of by the county. They were from Hood County, Texas.
