Dr. Bedford Wagoner Russell, formerly a lieutenant in the medical department, died yesterday, February 13, 1919 at the home of his mother, Mrs. O. S. Russell, 311 East Twelfth Street, from the effects of influenza.

He was born in 1867.

Dr. Russell was formerly a practicing physician at Strong City and is well known throughout this county.

Burial took place in Oak Hill cemetery, Carrollton, Missouri.
