The information was received here Tuesday morning that A. Y. Owens, a former resident of this city, has died in Oklahoma City of a heart attack.

Mr. Owens was formerly engaged in the newspaper business in Cheyenne and at Strong City.

He had two cousins in this county, Elbert Tracy of northwest of town, and E. B. Tracy of Cheyenne.
