Frances Madden, aged about twenty-one years died at his home near Rankin, on Tuesday last and was buried in the family cemetery on Tuesday.

Frances was well known here at Cheyenne, where he was a general favorite both with young and old, and it is with regret that we chronicle his early demise.

He leaves a mother, two brothers and two sisters to mourn his loss.
