Ray Funeral To Be Held Friday
Last rites for Victor H. Ray, Sweetwater resident who died early Wednesday as the result of injuries suffered in a car accident Sunday while enroute to Stillwater, will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 at the Meridian church with the Rev. LeRoy Martin of Indiahoma and Reverend Hollingsworth of Texola officiating.
Burial will be in the Mulberry cemetery, Sweetwater, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma by the Hullum-Wells Funeral Home.
Mr. Ray had lived in Sweetwater the past few years and was well known in this section of the state.
He is survived by his widow; three sons, Carl, James and Lynn all of Sweetwater; one daughter, Mrs. Helen Thomas of Sallisaw; and his mother, Mrs. Hattie Osborne.
