Charles Douglas Ferguson was born in Indiana 19 October 1861, son of Levi Ferguson. he came with his family to Oklahoma Territory where he filed for homestead on NW1/4 of Section 15, Twp 13 North, Rnage 21 WIM on 14 July 1900.
