Services for Vernon Churchill, retired farmer of Durham, who died in the Cheyenne hospital, Friday, June 13, 1958 were held Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. nn the Durham community building.
Born November 9, 1868 in Ogden, Michigan, he came to the state before statehood.
He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Pearl Fay of Sonora, California and a host of nephews and nieces, one nephew, Sylvest Churchill of Durham, Oklahoma and one niece, Mrs. Hamp Daniel, Reydon, Oklahoma.
Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Durham, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
